Female single room

The house is all fixed up and ready for someone awesome. It's currently a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom. The room that is for rent has the bathroom that will be shared with another room but it's a huge bathroom! I own the home and live in the 4th bedroom in the basement I'm 28 years old and I have a 2 year old toy cockapoo. No more animals are aloud in the house and no kids.
